How long does the sport need to do to burn calories from a can of soda drinks? In fact, you need to do the exercise about 50 minutes if do not want fat because of the habit of consume the softdrink.

It is still linked with efforts to prevent the epidemic of obesity, researchers from the Johns Hopkins University concluded that writing out the duration of compulsory sports done in every food and beverage packaging is effective to reduce the desire of snacking.

They claim includes physical activity equivalent to the amount of calories consumed much more effective than just write down the number of calories contained in food or beverage product.

To test the theory they put up three different warning for a food product. Its warnings mounted on a glass shop so can be readable by youth who become their target.

First warning says that a can of soda containing 250 calories. The second asserts that in a can of soda contains calories 10 per cent of daily calorie recommendations. In the third warning mentioned that they had to do jogging 8 minutes to burn the calories of soda.

Third warning turned out to be much more effective. Maybe, because it is easier to understand and the consequences feels heavier.

Earlier, research shows that nutrition information contained in the Pack of soda has cut its sales up to 40 percent. With the increase in the warning of the consequences of sports, it is expected to lose sales to up 50 percent.
